Cogo Labs is seeking a Desktop and Facilities Support Technician to provide end-user tech support along with handling daily facilities and office related issues in a highly technical and fast-paced environment. In collaboration with the Facilities & Tech Support Coordinator, they must be able to multi-task and communicate effectively as they provide computer and facilities support in a Mac based and multi-office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new employees
  • Support employees as needed with hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Coordinate moves or changes in a laptop and desktop environment
  • Help create and maintain a fun, inviting, and creative workplace 

Outcomes:

  • Take ownership of and streamline the onboarding process
  • Maintaining all in use Cogo desktop and portable machines along with backstock
  • Work with building management to resolve workspace maintenance issues
  • Support Facilities and Tech Support Coordinator as needed
