We measure and identify our blind spots and biases, deliberately evaluate progress, and work to refine our practices to encourage the advancement of all employees and ecosystem members.
Our DE&B Council and Employee Resource Groups drive impact through meetups, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising for charitable organizations. Our LGBTQ+ ERG has walked in Pride Boston and our Women’s Collective hosts unique and engaging events that serve as an effective way to foster a culture of empowerment and connection. Cogo is a proud partner of organizations like She+ Geeks Out, Pride in Our Workplace, and the Boston Women Workforce Council and is always looking for meaningful ways to engage with the Boston and Tech communities.
